Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks.
- Updating and maintaining records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, transactions, and other relevant data.
- Operating office equipment: Proficiently operating a wide range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers, to support our operations.
- Communicating with Clients: Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling appointments: Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and other events to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Great communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and executive leadership.
- Experience using computers and software: Proficiency in using computers, software, and technology, including Microsoft Office, to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Experience using basic standard office equipment: Familiarity with operating office equipment, such as photocopiers, computers, and printers.
- QuickBooks knowledge: Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred, but not required.
- The ability to write clearly: Strong writing skills, with the ability to compose clear, concise, and well-structured documents.
- A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute: The ability to type accurately and efficiently, with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
- A high school diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- The ability to work well with cross-functional teams: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management.
Job Type and Schedule
This is a full-time remote opportunity, with a standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. As a remote employee, you will be expected to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and focus.
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Hourly rate: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Education and Experience
