Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Gathering reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
- Scanning through information to identify pertinent details, correcting errors, and organizing the information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing
- Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information into relevant databases
- Ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
- Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval
- Handling additional duties from time to time, as assigned by management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant field (data entry, administration, or customer service)
- Good command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
- Proficient touch typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
