Responsibilities:

- Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless communication with colleagues and clients
- Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on minimizing errors and maximizing productivity
- Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, ensuring that all information is accurate and reliable
- Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- The ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data, ensuring that all information is accurate and reliable
- Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of data entry processes and procedures
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a strong focus on independence and self-motivation
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
