Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Entry Level (Virtual) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for managing a team of hourly workforce, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will also collaborate with various support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results and exceed customer expectations
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives and drive customer satisfaction
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks and duties
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and adapt to variable temperatures and weather conditions
- Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
