Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Processing incoming faxes containing critical information from providers, patients, and medications.
- Verifying the completeness of required information, including dates of birth and medication dosages.
- Conducting follow-ups with providers to obtain any missing information.
- Accurately inputting data to confirm prescription coverage.
- Managing approximately 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather essential information.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong communication abilities.
- Proficient in managing tasks related to both fax and phone communications.
