Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping to generate leads for our clients. Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers, ensuring seamless communication between our clients and their customers
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping to drive revenue growth for our clients
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to inform future sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary

  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for individuals who have experience in gaming or other fast-paced environments
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for individuals who have experience in gaming or other fast-paced environments
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
