Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer service
• Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to drive sales and customer engagement
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the inside and outside areas
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless store operations
• Interacting with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
• Selling products to customers, providing excellent customer care, and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
• Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
• Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals, coming up with great ideas to solve problems, and thinking quickly to offer suggestions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and providing excellent customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
