Job Responsibilities

As an experienced Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through effective analysis, planning, and execution. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
• Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed
• Documenting requirements in the form of well-formed, traceable, and testable user stories with defined acceptance criteria
• Creating test plans and test cases to ensure that all requirements are thoroughly tested and validated
• Organizing and maintaining the team backlog to ensure that all tasks and projects are prioritized and executed efficiently

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• No prior programming knowledge is required for this role
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a strong understanding of business operations and processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members
• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, including user story mapping and acceptance criteria development
