Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Process incoming orders and returns: Accurately and efficiently process incoming orders and returns, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and updated in our systems.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry: Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring that all necessary information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems: Review and enter data updates in our systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review discrepancies in data received: Identify and resolve discrepancies in data received, ensuring that all information is accurate and consistent.
  • Organize monthly sales reporting: Organize and prepare monthly sales reporting, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and presented in a clear and concise manner.
  • Perform all other office tasks: Perform all other office tasks as required, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields: While experience is not essential, it's highly desirable. If you're new to data entry, we'll provide you with comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills.
  • Excellent typing skills: You'll need to be an accurate and efficient typist, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Strong organizational skills: You'll need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that all deadlines are met and tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented: You'll need to be able to work accurately and efficiently, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and other related tools: You'll need to be familiar with Microsoft Excel and other related tools, including data entry software and other productivity applications.

Schedule
