Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to provide exceptional support and create raving fans for our brand. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding results and making a difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Schedule and Work Environment

* Work a 10-hour shift, 4 days a week, with flexibility to choose your schedule

• Work from home or a remote location with a strong internet connection
• Receive all necessary equipment and support to perform your job duties
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay connected with the team

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience with sales and customer service metrics and analytics
• Certification in customer service or a related field
