Key Responsibilities:

As a Quality Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate entry of customer contact information
  • Maintaining a positive and cheerful attitude when working with a variety of customers
  • Handling all questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face-to-face
  • Exceeding targets and sales goals by upselling and promoting new products and/or services
  • Resolving customer issues in a friendly, helpful way
  • Assisting the sales team in acquiring and retaining new customers
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our clients or sales promotions by attending client meetings
