- Corresponding with clients on preferences: You'll work closely with customers to understand their preferences, arranging surprises and welcome notes to make their travel experience truly special.

- Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM: You'll maintain accurate records, tracking customer interactions and progress.
