Key Responsibilities
As a work-from-home customer service representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing sales, support, and customer service for some of America's top companies
- Navigating client systems and updating customer information and orders
- Selecting your own schedule, half hour by half hour
- Choosing the client you service
- Working from the comfort of your own home
- Access to an online, instructor-led certification course
- Starts at $8 - $12/hour depending on the client you choose
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Must pass background check
- Must pass voice and other assessments
- May have to pass a computer check
- Must pass certification course
- Must provide a notarized affidavit of identity
- May have to take a drug test depending on client
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
- A computer with internet access (hardwired)
- Dual monitor preferred but not required
- Phone with headset (POTS and digital. No VOIP or softphone.)
- Quiet space to work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
