Key Responsibilities

As a work-from-home customer service representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing sales, support, and customer service for some of America's top companies
  • Navigating client systems and updating customer information and orders
  • Selecting your own schedule, half hour by half hour
  • Choosing the client you service
  • Working from the comfort of your own home
  • Access to an online, instructor-led certification course
  • Starts at $8 - $12/hour depending on the client you choose

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must pass background check
  • Must pass voice and other assessments
  • May have to pass a computer check
  • Must pass certification course
  • Must provide a notarized affidavit of identity
  • May have to take a drug test depending on client

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

  • A computer with internet access (hardwired)
  • Dual monitor preferred but not required
  • Phone with headset (POTS and digital. No VOIP or softphone.)
  • Quiet space to work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience working in a call center or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with client systems and software
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
