Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Provider Services Representative, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication
- Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for outreach and problem resolution
- Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Provide problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Work on projects of limited scope and complexity, following set procedures and receiving instructions from supervisors
