As a Customer Service Specialist on the Government and Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of promoting and selling air travel on our esteemed airline. Your role will be multifaceted, requiring you to:
- Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
- Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer
What You'll Need for Success
To excel in this role, you'll require:
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training + Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Knowledge of Native SABRE + Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution + Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable + Satisfactory attendance required
Preferred Qualifications
+ Relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities + Familiarity with airline operations and customer service standards
