As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of exciting challenges and opportunities. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accurate medication dispensing
• Providing exceptional customer service to our patients and healthcare partners
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
• Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications
