Key Responsibilities

As a Cargo Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers' freight is shipped on time, efficiently, and securely. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Processing and managing cargo shipments, including booking, tracking, and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
