Key Responsibilities

As a part-time remote live chat assistant, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ability to work autonomously while following instructions and guidelines provided by arenaflex
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media and website chat features
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 15 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

While no experience is required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
  • Strong typing skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
