Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely manner. - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and returns. - Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions. - Document customer interactions accurately in our system for future reference. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. - Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggest improvements. - Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Essential Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in customer service - Bachelor’s degree in a related field (not required but preferred)
