Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer engagement. You'll work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, respond to customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. With our cutting-edge software and dedicated support team, you'll have everything you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our user-friendly software

  • Respond to customers via chat, following up with them, and encouraging them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our company's system
  • Add leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to develop your sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* No prior sales experience is required – we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Familiarity with the shipping container industry or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers remotely
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (an asset)
