Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and flexible Customer Care Representatives to join our 2nd shift and weekend team. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your ability to create raving fans will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time

Schedule and Work Environment

* Work a 4-day weekend schedule, with 10-hour shifts on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday

  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate individual needs and preferences
  • Work from a secure and quiet home office with a strong Internet connection
  • arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment and technology to ensure a seamless work experience

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days of provisional service

  • 2 weeks paid time off per year, plus 1 week of sick time

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or related environment

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable Internet connection and quiet home office environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
