Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer queries, and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of the calls
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experiences
- Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment
- Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities
- Effectively work with others and promote teamwork to generate positive and creative results
Qualifications
* Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift (Saturdays 8pm-8am and Sundays 8pm-8:30am)
- High school diploma
- One (1) year experience in customer service
- Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
- Proficient in software programs and able to navigate between computer systems
- Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time
- Travel is required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you

* Competitive hourly pay in the range of $16-$18
