Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Interaction Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers through live chat on our website and social media accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat, providing clear and concise answers to resolve issues and address concerns
- Responding to sales questions from potential new customers, providing product information and features to help them make informed decisions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring every interaction contributes to a positive customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- A strong ability to follow provided steps and instructions
- 10+ hours of availability per week
- A reliable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online
- Experience with live chat software and social media platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
