Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Interaction Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers through live chat on our website and social media accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat, providing clear and concise answers to resolve issues and address concerns
  • Responding to sales questions from potential new customers, providing product information and features to help them make informed decisions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring every interaction contributes to a positive customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • A strong ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • A reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online
  • Experience with live chat software and social media platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware

Skills and Competencies

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:

  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and clarity in written communication
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation and Perks
