About the Role
As a Full Stack Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming leads and sales calls with energy and expertise. Your primary goal will be to guide customers through the exciting world of digital marketing, helping them make more money and serve more people. You'll be working with a million-dollar lead list, brokering deals with 7-figure agencies who are desperate for our products.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming sales calls with energy and expertise
- Calling new leads with the intent to get them their agency services as quickly as possible
- Navigating our CRM software to keep track of customer interactions
- Tracking your data and sales on Google Sheets
- Excelling in a fast-paced environment and multitasking like a boss
- Bringing your friends! We'll need 5-6 people to match our current demand (Not MLM... just growing fast)

Who We're Looking For
* You should be technical
- You should be disciplined and a self-starter since you will be fully remote
- You should be over-communicative. You'll produce a daily report of what you've done
- You should have prior experience with phone sales and managing orders
- A fast learner and a quick navigator of various computer programs
- Excellent at communicating and managing time
- Ready to take on challenges and turn new contacts into take home commission!
- You should be able to use a computer... WELL!
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a similar industry
- Proven track record of success in phone sales and managing orders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask like a boss
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Google Sheets
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and marketing services
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Experience in managing a team or leading a sales team
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track data and sales
