The Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Coppell, TX area. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with arenaflex. This is a night and weekend shift position, with a training schedule of 11am to 7:30pm, Monday to Friday. Once training is complete, the regular schedule will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from clients
  • Assisting clients with setting up their online shops, designing products, and troubleshooting issues with their Printful Store and E-Commerce platform
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering top-notch results
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or creative industry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a printing or e-commerce company

  • Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and design software
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
