What You Will Do

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring that each interaction is a positive and memorable experience
  • Resolving challenges professionally and promptly, while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor throughout customer interactions
  • Communicating clearly and persuasively in both oral and written forms, using a variety of communication tools and software applications
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, using our proprietary CRM system

You will also need to be able to multitask and operate independently, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. Additionally, you will need to be skilled in various computer systems and software applications, including:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs)
  • CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Customer service software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
