Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse team. You'll be responsible for selecting, packing, and shipping orders, as well as troubleshooting problems and ensuring product quality. Key Responsibilities

Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and putting away inventory in a timely and efficient manner
• Selecting and packing customer orders with precision and care
• Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring that all items are properly secured and labeled
• Using scanners to read bar codes on products, accurately tracking inventory and orders
• Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for tasks, ensuring that all orders are processed correctly
• Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring that all products meet quality requirements, adhering to strict safety and quality standards
• Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or data entry environment; experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment a plus
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
• Strong computer skills, with experience using scanners and other equipment
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adherence to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Experience using power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers
• Certification in a relevant area, such as forklift operation or warehouse management
