Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Remote Customer Service Travel Agent to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences to our clients. As a Remote Customer Service Travel Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clients. You'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, with a laptop and internet connection, and will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about travel.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Make recommendations and bookings for travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and activities
