Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced sales leader to join our dynamic sales team and lead the charge in driving growth and revenue in our assigned territory. As a sales leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing the sales and clinical teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to support region growth. Responsibilities
As a sales leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives
- Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
- Directing the sales performance in specified regions
- Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management
- Developing strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts
- Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales
- Leading difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments within the organization to support region growth
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of sales leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- A strong understanding of the medical device industry and the sales process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- A master's degree in a related field
- Certification in sales or a related field
