Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management

Job Summary:
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless communication between our Centralized computer and Application Development divisions. You'll work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual foundation that upholds our DC operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing and supporting all aspects of data entry, including contact with MHE merchants, working with smart devices, coordinating information backups, and resolving issues with our WMS merchant and MIS Division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring efficient data management and communication between divisions
- Collaborate with MHE merchants to manage information handling and data entry
- Work with smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks, to optimize data entry and processing
- Coordinate information backups and data recovery procedures to ensure business continuity
- Serve as a liaison between the Distribution Center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division to resolve issues and improve operations
- Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, to ensure seamless data entry and processing
- Maintain and update LAN (Local Area Network) design to ensure efficient data transfer and communication
- Implement future software updates and patches to ensure system stability and security
- Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, and other materials, and report usage to MIS
- Regulate non-exempt staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain control tables within the WMS, including access security, to ensure data integrity and security
- Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end-users
- Manage and monitor end-user access and freedoms, reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
- Develop reporting tools for clients to gain better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, using Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies
- 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate (onsite or remote)
- 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience working with data entry software and systems, including WMS and ERP systems
