Job Summary

As a Customer Service / Online Chat Representative at Arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including online chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring that our CRM system is up-to-date and accurate
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First-call resolution rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer satisfaction rating: 90% or higher
  • Average handle time: 5 minutes or less
  • Escalation rate: 10% or lower

Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (not required)
  • Preferred experience in customer service, online chat, or technical support (not required)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote positions
