Our full-service contact center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is a hub of activity, providing inbound and outbound support to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers' expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of their projects.

The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our contact center team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our company. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, and have a strong aptitude for learning, understanding, and conveying information.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customers' requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
  • Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
  • Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school graduate or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in the home improvement industry
  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment
