What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming and assisting all students, members, and visitors entering the facility with a smile and a friendly demeanor
• Ensuring the fitness facility is open and closed securely, maintaining proper access and security protocols
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment for all facility users, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Operating a cash register and handling financial transactions with ease and accuracy
• Working independently while providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

What is Required (Qualifications):

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school education or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of employment, which we'll provide training for
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook, which will enable you to efficiently manage tasks and communicate with colleagues
• The ability to run a cash register and work independently, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• No prior experience necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

If you have:

• One year of customer service and/or general office experience, you'll be well-equipped to handle the demands of this role
• Knowledge of recreational sports, you'll be able to provide expert advice and support to our members and visitors
