Bilingual Customer Care Representative, Work at Home (New Brunswick, Canada) We are looking for candidates with great customer focus, computer proficiency, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail. This is a permanent, full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding wireless handset insurance claims. Additionally, you will be responsible for selling our In-Home warranty service to customers on every call. This position is a work at home position in New Brunswick You will: Answer incoming calls from customers regarding their insurance policies Walk customers through claim procedures when necessary Provide 1 call resolution Follow up with customers when needed either via email or callback Ensure all company required procedures are followed Provide pertinent and timely information to all customers Offer upgraded products/services to customers REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH (read and write) At least 1 year of customer service experience Excellent customer service and communication skills PC literacy (Windows, web navigation) and 25 WPM typing skills Must be able to work a flexible schedule The schedule is subject to a shift bid process Must be located in New Brunswick PERKS: Keep the same shift for 6 months Two weeks of vacation, three sick days and three personal days yearly Two consecutive days off weekly Full benefits after 30 days EARNING POTENTIAL: Base hourly Rate (English): $21.00 Base hourly Rate (Bilingual): $24.00 The hourly incentive for hours worked after 5 pm and weekend shifts: $0.50 Monthly Bonus plan: Up to $600/month Représentant du service à la clientèle Nous sommes à la recherche de candidats ayant une excellente approche vis-à-vis de la clientèle, une bonne maîtrise de l’informatique, de bonnes compétences en communication et un grand souci du détail. Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, il vous incombera de traiter les appels entrants des clients concernant des réclamations d’assurance pour les combinés sans fil. Vos tâches: Répondre aux appels entrants des clients concernant leurs polices d’assurance. Accompagner les clients à travers les procédures de réclamation, au besoin. Résoudre les problèmes des clients en un seul appel. Effectuer un suivi auprès des clients, au besoin, par courriel ou téléphone. S’assurer que toutes les procédures requises par l’entreprise sont suivies. Fournir des renseignements pertinents et en temps opportun à tous les clients. Qualifications requises: Au moins une année d’expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle Excellentes habiletés de communication, en français et en anglais, (oral et écrit) et être orienté vers le service à la clientèle Connaissances en informatique (Windows, web, etc) Dactylographie: un minimum de 25 mots par minute Dois être capable de travailler selon un horaire flexible.
