What You'll Do:
* Represent arenaflex as a Customer Service Representative, interacting with customers via inbound calls to assist with their needs and resolve issues
- Upsell customers to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Participate in paid training to prepare you for all call types and customers, ensuring you're equipped to handle any situation
- Work from the comfort of your home, with the flexibility to create a productive and comfortable workspace that suits your needs

What You Need to Thrive in Our Remote Environment:
* A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload (Cable or Fiber Internet Service only)

What are the Qualifications?
* At least 6 months of work-at-home experience
- At least 1 year of Call Center experience
- Must live in the state of Georgia
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
