Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Use your strong judgment and available resources to determine the best course of action and/or optimal solution while interacting with customers through any channel they choose to engage with us.
- Multitasking and Data Entry: Navigate several computer systems simultaneously and multitask efficiently to accurately input data while gathering necessary information to address customer inquiries.
- Determining Customer Needs: Determine and assist with all customer needs, including purchase needs, status inquiries, service needs, feedback on store experience, or general arenaflex inquiries.
- Providing Accurate Information: Provide adequate information and explanation to customers regarding products, offerings, services, pricing information, and all other customer questions.
- Problem-Solving and Sales Opportunities: Leverage problem-solving skills and remain calm under pressure to resolve increasingly complex problems, while recognizing and acting on sales opportunities.
- Building Rapport and Empathy: Connect on a personal level and show empathy to establish rapport and inspire customers in every interaction with a positive attitude, engagement, care, and courtesy.
- Knowledgeable Resource: Serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers through accurate and efficient delivery of information to resolve issues/concerns and help them define product/project needs and desires.
- Continuous Learning: Practice continuous learning and self-development by remaining actively engaged in ongoing learning of arenaflex business and Contact Center resources in order to effectively carry out activities.
Qualifications

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year customer service or sales experience
- Proficiency using basic computer tools and navigating between applications
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of customer service, reading, and writing
- Minimum home internet speed of 20 mb/s DOWNLOAD, 5mb/s UPLOAD (verified through Google Internet Speed Test)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a fast-paced Contact Center environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment

As a remote Customer Experience Professional, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our Contact Center environment is fast-paced, and schedules may include night and/or weekend work. Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $14.77 - $24.63 per hour, depending on factors such as position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
