What You'll Do Every Day as a Customer Support Representative

As a customer support representative, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending SBS products and services that meet their needs.
  • Continuously improving our processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences, including design, customer, and repetition.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as necessary.
  • Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems.
  • Experience with sales and marketing principles, including product knowledge and sales techniques.
