Responsibilities and Duties

As an IT Chat Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in creating a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sharing your passion for our brand and products with customers, and helping them make informed purchasing decisions
• Using our brand's products and services to provide expert advice and support
• Familiarizing yourself with our brand site and media, as well as competitor products and services
• Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide customers with the best possible options
• Showing empathy and understanding to customers in stressful situations, and providing personalized support to resolve their issues
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems (a plus)
• Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments
• A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
• The ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the customer's knowledge level
• Strong typing skills (at least 35 wpm) and the ability to communicate effectively in text form
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions

As an IT Chat Specialist, you'll be an integral part of this mission, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support and solutions.

Compensation and Perks

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll enjoy:

• Chat interactions paid out weekly on an hourly basis ( $18- $22 per hour based on experience and skill set)

Technology Requirements

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers, you'll need:

• A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
• A stable internet connection (we suggest at least a consistent 10mbps)
• Reliable sound output (this can either be through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets)
