Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. You'll be responsible for booking air and ground transportation, researching and locating the best pricing and options for clients, booking hotel reservations, and planning and promoting accommodations and travel scenarios.

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
