Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us connect with customers and drive sales growth. You'll be working with our user-friendly software to advertise and sell shipping containers, responding to customer inquiries via chat, and encouraging them to place orders. With daily training and support from our experienced team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and achieve your goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customers via chat, following up with them and encouraging them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our company's system
- Add leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls
- Participate in daily training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Essential Qualifications
* No prior sales experience is required – we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
