Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support: Help customers resolve technical issues via phone or chat.
  • Delivering exceptional support experiences: Ensure that every customer interaction is memorable and delightful.
  • Interacting and communicating effectively: Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Providing a memorable and delightful experience: Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent: A strong educational foundation is essential for this role.
  • 18 years of age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Flexible schedule: Be available to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills: You'll need to be comfortable using technology and navigating our systems.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.

  • 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch): A dedicated monitor for your work area.
  • Hardwired internet connection: A reliable internet connection with a speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up.
  • Working Phone Line: A home phone or mobile phone for communication.
  • Noise/distraction-free environment: A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.
  • Desk and ergonomic chair: A comfortable and ergonomic workspace.
