Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job! You will be handling inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helping customers troubleshoot. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and information
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Functions

* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License

• Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
• Maintain regular and timely attendance
• Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
• Ability to manage individual stress/composure
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

* High School Diploma

• Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
• Able to Pass a Background Check
• Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
• 2 Years of customer Service Experience
