Your Role

As an Experienced Customer Sales and Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting our sales goals. You'll be the face of our company, working closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build trust. Your expertise in sales and customer service will help us drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service

  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
  • Identify customer needs and proactively offer our products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues
  • Respond to requests from customers about arenaflex products and services
  • Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes, as needed
  • Negotiate the collection of overdue bills
  • Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
  • Manage various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers

* A true consultative salesperson who is energized by meeting sales goals and building relationships with customers

  • The ability to manage incidents and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathy and communication skills that make it possible to diffuse sensitive situations
  • A strong sense of ownership and a drive to provide exceptional customer service
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience

  • Customer Service call center experience
  • Previous collections experience
  • Experience with selling products and services
  • Customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision

Work Environment

* This is a remote role, and you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings

  • You'll be required to work 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed

Compensation

* The compensation range for this position is between $579.50 and $1,718.00 weekly based on a full-time schedule, depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience

  • This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more, and your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours for part-time roles
