Part-time, Remote
Location:
United States (Remote)
Duration:
3-4 months (with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position)
Hourly Pay Rate:
$16-$21 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and efficiency
- Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases in a timely and accurate manner
- Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery address changes, contact information updates, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
- Maintain accurate account information and ensure the integrity of client taxes
- Perform other data entry tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of data entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with databases and data systems
- Familiarity with payroll processing and client information management
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours to accommodate remote work requirements
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
* Charlotte, NC 14620: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
