Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Communicating customer feedback and suggestions to the team to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via voice calls and/or chat
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
Essential Qualifications:
