Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Data Analyst to join our Customer Data Strategy & Governance team. As a key contributor to our data management and governance processes, you'll be responsible for analyzing customer data, developing insights, and driving process improvements. Your expertise will help us make data-driven decisions, enhance customer experiences, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
Customer Data Inventory Management (50%):
Participate in the upkeep of an inventory of customer data across the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and arenaflex's data governance policies.
Data Access Governance (20%):
Partner with the Security team to grant access to customer data across the organization, based on rules defined by the Privacy team.
Data Analysis and Quality (20%):
Conduct data analysis to identify data quality issues and develop insights to resolve these issues across all customer data repositories.
Customer Scorecards and Dashboards (10%):
Participate in the building and distribution of customer scorecards and data quality dashboards to drive business decisions.
Direct Manager/Direct Reports
This position reports to the Sr Manager Customer Data Governance and has 0 direct reports.
Travel Requirements
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions
Located in a comfortable indoor area, with infrequent exposure to unpleasant conditions.
Minimum Qualifications
* Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- SQL skills and some experience querying data is preferred.
- Some experience creating process flows is preferred.

* The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
