Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Care Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our customers to create personalized itineraries that meet their unique needs and preferences. You'll be responsible for responding to client requests, managing bookings, and providing exceptional customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to client requests and questions: You'll respond promptly and professionally to client requests and questions, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
  • Applying for payments and sending out payment reminders: You'll manage payments and send reminders to clients, ensuring that our customers are always up-to-date on their financial obligations.
  • Managing flight changes and seat assignments: You'll work closely with clients to manage flight changes and seat assignments, ensuring that our customers have a smooth and stress-free travel experience.
  • Concierge-related details for clients: You'll assist clients with concierge-related details, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations, ensuring that our customers have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Corresponding with clients on preferences: You'll correspond with clients on their preferences, assisting with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notifying hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure.
  • Preparing client documents and travel tips: You'll prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising clients on what to print and when, no later than 3 weeks before departure.
  • Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM: You'll update our cloud-based CRM system with daily activity, reporting, and status, ensuring that our team is always informed and up-to-date.
  • Setting schedules and managing time effectively: You'll set schedules and manage your time effectively and efficiently, ensuring that you're always meeting your deadlines and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Managing client profiles and bookings: You'll manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring that our customers have a smooth and stress-free travel experience.
  • Serving as backup travel support/main point of contact: You'll serve as backup travel support and main point of contact as needed, ensuring that our customers have a reliable and trustworthy partner in their travel planning.
