Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and growth through our cutting-edge software. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge to close deals directly on the chat.
  • Engage with customers in real-time, responding to their inquiries and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Utilize our company's system to send invoices and process transactions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and sales strategies.
  • Join our Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your sales goals and overcome challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sell shipping containers to customers via chat, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or customer-facing role.
