Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers, resolving prescription refill requests, order status inquiries, and insurance coverage issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our pharmacy's systems and provide accurate information to patients and healthcare providers
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolve complex customer needs
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including overnight shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement:

Training Schedule:
* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training will be provided during this time)
- Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
Pay Range:
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 - $27.16 per hour, depending on location and experience.
