Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residential and business customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be the face of Arenaflex, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, professional, and memorable. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to residential and business customers through phone, email, and chat interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives or management as needed
- Utilize computer software and systems to access customer information, update records, and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
- An understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles
- Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- A work ethic that demonstrates dependability, thoroughness, and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Work experience in a call center environment
- Good conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
- Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling techniques
Schedule
We currently have the following full-time shifts available:
- Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
- Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
Location
This is a work-from-home position, and you will be required to work from your primary residence located in an Arenaflex service area.
